- Do you think glasses and contact lenses are uncomfortable to use?
- Are you bothered by the costs and maintenance of glasses and contact lenses?
- Do you give up sports, strenuous activities or going to the beach because of wearing glasses or contact lenses?
- Are you worried about the restrictions imposed by wearing glasses or contact lenses in emergency situations such as fire, accidents and waking up at night?
- Do you prefer your appearance and face without glasses?
